SAPERA FORTE is a natural anti-hypertensive with Rauwolfia serpentina (Sarpagandha) as the main ingredient. The alkaloids of Rauwolfia serpentina (Sarpagandha) deplete catecholamine in the CNS as well as in the peripheral adrenergic neuron. The other ingredients like Herpestis monniera (Brahmi), Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi), Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) are sedatives. Boerrhavia diffusa (Punarnava) is adaptogenic and diuretic.
SAPERA FORTE thus, is a hypertensive with diuretic and tranquilizing effect.
Indications Hypertension (mild, moderate or severe) – arterial, renal.
Initially: 2 capsules thrice daily.
Maintenance: 1 capsule thrice daily.
Presentation Tablets: Strip of 20 capsules X 3 thus total 60 capsules.
